Ace Hardware®: Vintage Threads

To commemorate 100 years of business Ace Hardware created an apparel line using historic Ace logos. I was tasked with art directing a photoshoot to create a library of assets to be used when promoting the Vintage Threads apparel. We landed on a rural setting with a vintage red truck as a central prop. Conversely we chose young talent with contemporary styling, drawing together both the history of Ace and it’s place in American culture long into the future, This imbued the Vintage Threads brand with a feeling of optimism, a reverence for the past while looking towards the future.
